The professionals and companies file of the Principality of Monaco is available, either through direct delivery or via our software. The six districts are covered: Monte-Carlo, La Condamine, Fontvieille, Larvotto - La Rousse, Exotic Garden - Moneghetti, and Monaco-Ville.
Monaco spans two square kilometers, and concentrates a density of businesses that is unmatched elsewhere: wealth management, yachting, luxury real estate, hospitality, luxury retail, business services. A small market, but each record counts.
What is this file used for
Here’s what our clients do with it. The list is not exhaustive; it gives an idea of the uses.

The websites and emails were researched company by company. A website is included only if its page displays the company's number and its domain name bears its name. The email is a contact address published on that site. Only some records have an email; others remain empty.

What Monaco law states
Each record indicates what is permitted with the number it contains, and with its email if available.
Article 11 of Law No. 1.383 prohibits automated calling, faxing, or emailing without prior consent. A call made by a person does not fall under this list. Article 17 of Law No. 1.565 of December 3, 2024, grants everyone the right to oppose at any time, without justification: opposition is exercised directly with the caller, as the Principality does not maintain an opposition list.
If you are calling from France, your own regulations also apply to your campaigns. We recommend verifying them before starting.

Software Installation
To install IQUALIF, simply click on this download link and install the trial version.

After downloading, your browser or Chrome may display a warning message.
This can happen for recent or less widely distributed software.
In this case:
- Right-click on the downloaded file
- Click on "Keep" or "Keep Anyway"
⚙️ Step 2: Installation
When launching the program (double-click), Windows may display a security alert (Windows Defender).
This simply occurs because the software has not been downloaded many times yet and does not have a large history volume on Microsoft servers.
If this message appears:
- Click on "More info" or on the three dots "..."
- Then select "Run Anyway" or "Open Anyway"

I just placed an order, how do I activate my product?
- Open IQUALIF.
- Click on the ? menu at the top left, then select License.
- In the window that opens, copy the key received by email and click on OK.
A confirmation message will appear to indicate that your product has been successfully activated.
